Hainan and Taishan Sports Industry Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

According to Hainan Daily News, on July 22, the Hainan Provincial Department of Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television, and Sports, the Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce, the People's Government of Haikou City, and the Taishan Sports Industry Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement. According to the cooperation agreement, the parties will seize the opportunity of building a free trade port in Hainan, carry out in-depth cooperation in the sports industry, focus on promoting sports consumption, sports events and activities, national fitness, sports culture and optimization, and upgrading, and focus on cultivating new economic growth points. The sports industry will be built into a highly competitive advantage industry in Hainan Province, contributing to the construction of a Chinese characteristic free trade port. The Taishan Sports Industry Group also signed an investment agreement for the international high-end sports equipment manufacturing base with the Management Committee of the Haikou National High-tech Industrial Development Zone.
