Since China began to continuously relax its visa-free entry policy, "China tourism" has been booming globally. Recently, data released by the National Immigration Administration showed that in the first half of this year, a total of 38.053 million foreign nationals entered and exited the country through various ports, representing a year-on-year increase of 30.2%. Behind this significant increase in numbers is a series of convenient measures implemented at various ports across the country to create a welcoming first stop for inbound travelers. At the immigration arrival scene at Terminal 3 of Beijing Capital International Airport, many foreign tourists can be seen waiting to complete the entry procedures. According to the relevant officials, during peak arrival hours, such as from 3pm to 5pm each day, over 3,000 people can arrive consecutively within a short period of time. To handle the large influx of passengers, a "dual-queuing and parallel inspection" mode is implemented on-site.
