Hunan Yuneng Announcement: The company will convene the 14th meeting of the second board of directors on July 22, 2025, and approve the "Proposal on Investing in Malaysia and Establishing Relevant Companies". The company agrees to establish an investment company in Singapore and have the investment company establish a project company in Malaysia to invest in and construct a project for the production of 90,000 tons of lithium battery cathode materials annually. The total investment of the project is approximately 560 million Malaysian Ringgit, equivalent to about 950 million yuan. The project funds will be sourced from self-owned and self-raised funds, and the construction period of the project is 15 months.
