The Zhixin Financial APP news, Guangsheng Nonferrous (600259.SH) issued an announcement, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Guangsheng Nonferrous Import and Export Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Import and Export Company") intends to publicly list the transfer of 3% equity of Guangdong Zhujiang Rare Earth Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhujiang Rare Earth"), with a listing price of not less than RMB 5.9764 million. After the transaction is completed, the Import and Export Company will no longer hold equity in Zhujiang Rare Earth.
