Oulin Biology announced that, due to its own capital requirements, the controlling shareholder, Shanghai Wushan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 12.178 million shares, accounting for 3% of the total share capital of the company, through centralized bidding or block trading. The reduction period will be within 3 months after 15 trading days following the disclosure of the announcement, and the reduction price will be determined based on market prices.
