Qinghai initiates Level-IV emergency response for flood control.

According to the relevant regulations of the "Qinghai Province Flood Control and Drought Resistance Emergency Plan", after consultation and judgment, the Qinghai Province Flood Control and Drought Resistance Command decided to initiate Level IV emergency response to flood control from 18:30 on July 22, 2025.
