ST Zhongji: Wholly-owned subsidiary receives government subsidy of RMB 60.2874 million.

On the evening of July 22, ST Zhongji announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinjiang Zhongji Red Tomato Industry Co., Ltd., received a government subsidy in cash form of 60.2874 million yuan, accounting for 26.12% of the absolute value of the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company in 2024 after audit. The government subsidy of 60.2874 million yuan is expected to be included in the 2025 annual income statement and will have a positive impact on the red tomato industry and the company's profit for 2025.
