American semiconductor startup xLight completes $40 million Series B financing.

American semiconductor startup xLight announced on the 22nd that it has completed a $40 million Series B equity financing round with oversubscription. This round of financing was led by Playground Global and co-invested by Boardman Bay Capital Management. The funding will further support xLight in developing extreme ultraviolet free electron lasers.
