Wisdom Financial APP News, Datong Group (00544.HK) announced that all conditions of Subscription Agreement A and Subscription Agreement B have been met, and Subscription Agreement A and Subscription Agreement B were completed on July 22, 2025. 1,934,100 shares of subscription shares have been distributed and issued to Subscriber A at a subscription price of 0.4801 Hong Kong dollars per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of Subscription Agreement A. 1,934.10 million shares of subscription shares have been distributed and issued to Subscriber B at a subscription price of 0.4801 Hong Kong dollars per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of Subscription Agreement B.
