The Qichacha APP shows that recently, Zhongqi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Yang Zhengjun as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. Its business scope includes sales of intelligent in-vehicle devices, sales of artificial intelligence hardware, artificial intelligence public data platforms, and general artificial intelligence application systems. Equity penetration through Qichacha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by China Automotive Technology Research Center Co., Ltd.
