The fund has a capital contribution of 1.5 billion RMB and its business scope includes private equity fund activities such as equity investments, investment management, and asset management. The partners of the fund include Henan Culture and Tourism Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., Henan Asset Management Co., Ltd., Henan Asset Fund Management Co., Ltd., and Henan Province Cultural Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd.
