Fuzhou Special Office went to Xiamen to deliver a warning letter and carried out the first export control investigation and enforcement related work.
On July 17, 2025, Deputy Commissioner Chen Lin led a team to Xiamen to execute the task of delivering warning letters to related companies and to conduct export control compliance education as required. This is the first time that the Fuzhou Special Office has carried out export control investigation and law enforcement work since the optimization adjustment of its functions. Deputy Commissioner Chen Lin and his team also had in-depth discussions with Lin Zhenya, Deputy Director of Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and other relevant department heads on the optimization adjustment of special office functions and the implementation of export control investigation and law enforcement work. On July 18, Deputy Commissioner Chen Lin and his team conducted field investigations at Xiamen Science and Technology City, Tianma Microelectronics, and the BRICS Innovation Base, and held discussions with relevant personnel. Officials from the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Commerce's Foreign Trade Department, Approval Department, Market Order Department, and Special Office Business Department participated in the above activities.
