Guangxi Beihai terminates the level four flood and typhoon emergency response.

According to the Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters of Beihai City, Guangxi Province, the Beihai Meteorological Observatory lifted the typhoon level four warning at 11:00 on July 22, 2025. Based on the relevant provisions of the Emergency Plan for Flood Control and Drought Relief in Beihai City, after consultation and judgment, and approval by the leaders of the Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters, it was decided to terminate the level four emergency response for flood control and typhoons in Beihai City starting from 11:00 on July 22.
