Deputy Director Luo Yongying of the National Bureau of Statistics stated at a press conference today that the construction of high-quality data set standards will continue to be promoted according to general knowledge, industry knowledge, and industry expertise. The National Bureau of Statistics has organized a special action for ecological cultivation, focusing on three aspects: first, collecting and promoting typical cases of high-quality data sets, exploring benchmark practices in areas such as healthcare, industry, and transportation; second, regularly holding technical exchange activities, in-depth discussions on data annotation, synthesis, and methodologies for constructing high-quality data sets; third, establishing a normalized platform for supply-demand matching to promote precise matching of data supply, technology provision, and scenario application. At the same time, guidance has been given to seven cities including Hefei and Chengdu to establish data annotation bases as pilot projects. As of the first half of this year, the seven bases have built 524 datasets with a scale exceeding 29PB and have served 163 large models.
