Typhoon "Vipa" brings heavy rainfall, causing three rivers in Guangxi to exceed their flood warnings.

The heavy rain caused significant water level rises of 1-4 meters in rivers such as Nanliu River, Mingjiang River, Qin River, Fangcheng River, and Beiliu River. Among them, Nanliu River, Jiangning River, and Dafeng River had floods exceeding the warning level by 0.08-0.30 meters at 3 monitoring stations.
