Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security: "Three Supports and One Help" program will continue to increase support for western regions and northeastern regions.

Director Zhang Wenmiao of the Human Resources Mobility Management Department of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security stated that the "Three Supports and One Assistance" plan is to select college graduates to work at the grassroots level in education, agriculture, and medical assistance, as well as to assist in rural revitalization. It is a service project for college graduates jointly organized and implemented by the Ministry of Human Resources and other relevant departments. This year's recruitment has been fully launched, with central financial support for recruiting 34,400 people. Meanwhile, local authorities can appropriately expand the recruitment scale according to their actual situations. Currently, 30 provinces have issued recruitment announcements, with a total of 40,900 positions available. Written exams, interviews, physical examinations, pre-job training, and other tasks are progressing orderly, and it is expected that recruitment will be completed by the end of August and all recruits will start their positions in early September. Compared to previous years, this year's "Three Supports and One Assistance" work has four characteristics: first, it focuses on key areas and provides targeted support. Support to the western and northeastern regions has been increased. Central financial subsidies account for 67% of all quotas in the western and northeastern regions. Support for poverty-stricken areas has also been increased, with special quotas allocated for counties targeted for national rural revitalization assistance. Increased support has also been provided to revolutionary old areas, border areas, ethnic minority areas, to support the development of talent in remote and underdeveloped regions. Second, the scope of positions has been expanded and the scale has been increased. Third, training has been strengthened to enhance capabilities. Fourth, channels have been opened up to promote retention.
