Its business scope includes sewage treatment and recycling, general equipment repair, solar power generation technology services, water pollution control, etc. According to the equity penetration revealed by Qi Cha Cha, the company is jointly owned by China Railway Construction Development Group Co., Ltd. under China Railway Construction, and Shanghai Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. under Shanghai Construction Group.
