In the first half of the year, Zhengzhou accumulated a total of 15 residential land transactions with a premium rate of 12.2%, reaching a new high in nearly two years.

According to statistics from the Zhengzhou branch of the Shell Research Institute, in the first half of 2025, Zhengzhou City has accumulated a total of 15 residential land transactions, which is the same as last year. The total transaction area is 1.21 million square meters, a decrease of 23.6% compared to the same period last year, with a transaction premium rate of 12.2%, the highest since 2023. The increase in premium rates is due to the high premiums of some high-quality land parcels auctioned off. In terms of the number of transactions, the number of online signed transactions in the first half of 2025 was 21,317, a decrease of 0.4% compared to the previous year, staying basically the same as last year, indicating a gradual stabilization of demand in the new housing market.
