Oracle (ORCL.US) will reach a billion-dollar cloud service agreement with Skydance-Paramount (PARA.US)

According to the financial news app Conscience Finance, informed sources revealed that Oracle (ORCL.US) is currently negotiating a significant software agreement with Skydance Media LLC, which will come into effect after the completion of the latter's acquisition of Paramount Global (PARA.US). This annual contract, worth about $100 million, will enable Paramount and its subsidiaries to fully adopt Oracle's cloud software services.
