Microsoft has emphasized in a statement: "Microsoft has discovered attacks targeting local SharePoint Server customers, where attackers have exploited vulnerabilities that were only partially fixed in the July security update. These vulnerabilities only affect local SharePoint Server and do not impact SharePoint Online in Microsoft 365."
