Rongwei Securities is regulated and issued a warning letter.

On July 21st, the Heilongjiang Securities Regulatory Bureau disclosed that after investigation, it was found that Heilongjiang Rongwei Securities Data Programmed Limited Company had the following issues: firstly, some employees were engaging in misleading marketing practices regarding their service capabilities; secondly, the management of new media platform live streaming accounts was not conducted in a standardized manner; thirdly, some senior executives did not report their departure to the regulatory authorities. The Heilongjiang Securities Regulatory Bureau stated that the above behaviors violated the relevant provisions of the "Interim Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Securities Investment Advisory Business," and decided to issue a warning letter to Rongwei Securities as an administrative supervision measure. Rongwei Securities should complete the rectification work within 3 months from the date of receiving the warning letter and submit a written report to the regulatory authorities. The Heilongjiang Securities Regulatory Bureau will conduct an acceptance inspection in accordance with the relevant requirements.
