Northeast Pharmaceutical announced that the company's board secretary, Yan Xiaojia, has resigned for personal reasons. The resignation will take effect upon delivery of the resignation report to the board. Yan Xiaojia does not hold any shares of the company. The company will appoint a new board secretary as soon as possible, and in the meantime, the duties will be handled by Chairman Zhou Kai.
