Middle Finger Research Institute: The number of deliveries by real estate developers in the first half of the year has generally decreased, and the peak of deliveries has passed.

The latest release of the China Real Estate Enterprise Delivery Scale Ranking for the first half of 2025 by the Central Finger Research Institute shows that in the first half of 2025, one enterprise delivered over 50,000 sets, and 15 enterprises delivered over 10,000 sets. Compared with the same period last year, the delivery scale of enterprises has generally decreased, with Green Land, Sunac, and Jianye delivering scales decreasing by over 50%. Liu Shui, the director of Enterprise Research at the Central Finger Research Institute, said that the decline in delivery scale in the first half of 2025 shows that the peak of delivery has passed, and with the easing of delivery pressure, enterprises may restart their operations.
