Shanxi: Consumers can enjoy a 30% subsidy on the actual sales price when purchasing suitable elderly renovation products from participating businesses.

The Department of Civil Affairs of Shanxi Province, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Finance, and the Provincial Department of Commerce recently jointly issued the "Jinxiaohuanxin" Action Plan for the Implementation of Home-Based Aging Renovation Product Consumption Subsidies in Shanxi Province by 2025. The plan specifies that consumers can receive a subsidy of 30% of the actual sales price when purchasing aging renovation products from participating businesses, with a maximum of 10 subsidy qualifications per day and a cumulative subsidy limit of 18,000 yuan per person. The funds are shared by the central and provincial governments in a 9:1 ratio, using a "payment deduction" model. Consumers can directly deduct the subsidy amount when purchasing through offline or online channels.
