The Hangzhou Science and Technology Bureau is soliciting opinions on the "Implementation Plan for Increasing Investment in Science and Technology Innovation to Optimize and Innovate the Ecological Environment in Hangzhou City". It aims to have a more sound and comprehensive mechanism for large-scale investment in scientific and technological innovation by 2027, with the total investment in scientific and technological innovation in the city reaching 300 billion yuan, total expenditure on research and experimental development exceeding 100 billion yuan, and R&D investment intensity reaching 4.2%. Looking ahead to 2030, the total investment in scientific and technological innovation in the city is expected to exceed 400 billion yuan, and the proportion of total expenditure on research and experimental development to GDP will reach over 4.5%.
