Wynn Resorts: Intends to jointly invest with related parties to establish a joint venture company.

Yongli Corporation announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Shenzhen Badie Enterprise Management Partnership, Shanghai Yongbaisheng Enterprise Management Partnership, and individual Shi Jing to establish a joint venture company called Baiwen Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. Baiwen Technology has a registered capital of 5 million RMB, with the company planning to invest 2.55 million RMB from its own funds, accounting for 51% of the joint venture company's registered capital; Shenzhen Badie plans to invest 1.75 million RMB from its own funds, accounting for 35% of the joint venture company's registered capital; Shanghai Yongbaisheng plans to invest 500,000 RMB from its own funds, accounting for 10% of the joint venture company's registered capital; and Shi Jing plans to invest 200,000 RMB from his own funds, accounting for 4% of the joint venture company's registered capital.
