According to the official website of the Gansu Provincial Health Commission, on the afternoon of July 20, 2025, the Gansu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention held a cadre meeting to announce that Zhang Tingsheng was appointed as a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Gansu Provincial Bureau of Disease Prevention and Control, as well as the Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Gansu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
