The China Meteorological Administration continues to issue a blue rainstorm warning at 06:00 on July 19th.

It is expected that from 08:00 on July 19th to 08:00 on July 20th, there will be heavy to torrential rain in parts of northeastern Qinghai, central and northern Shaanxi, northern Shanxi, northern Hebei, northern Beijing, central and eastern Inner Mongolia, western Heilongjiang, southern Sichuan Basin, southeastern Zhejiang, northeastern and southeastern Fujian, central and southern Guangdong, southeastern Guangxi, most of Hainan Island, and eastern Taiwan. In some areas such as southwestern Sichuan Basin, Leizhou Peninsula in Guangdong, northern Hainan Island, and eastern Taiwan, there will be heavy rain. The above-mentioned regions will experience short-term heavy rainfall, with locally severe convective weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds.
