Nantong Enjoy Medical Devices Co., Ltd. unlawfully expanded its business scope to sell medical devices on the Ele.me platform. 2. Taihe County Haoyao Tang Big Pharmacy Co., Ltd. sold medical devices on the Meituan platform that did not meet the requirements of the instruction manual and labeling, and did not display the medical device filing certificate as required. 3. Chongqing Proburno Life Health Technology Co., Ltd. sold Class III medical devices on the JD platform without permission. 4. Huzhou Kingsee Technology Co., Ltd. altered its business premises to sell Class III medical devices on the Tmall platform. 5. Hebei Renqiu Bocheng Hardware Tools Distributor sold medical devices on the Xianyu platform without qualifying documents, and with instruction manuals and labels that did not meet the requirements.
