CITIC Resources Holdings (00132.HK) and Shenghong Heat Power in Linying County have entered into a financial lease agreement.

Wisdom Financial APP news, Xingye Holdings (00132.HK) announced that on July 18, 2025, its subsidiary Green Finance Leasing entered into a new financing lease with the lessee (Shenghong Heat and Power Co., Ltd. in Linying County) for a consideration of RMB 50 million (equivalent to approximately HKD 54.65 million) to transfer ownership of the assets to the lessee. The leased assets will be leased back to the lessee for their use and possession for a period of 4 years.
