It is necessary to deepen ideological understanding, effectively unify thoughts and actions with the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, firmly support the "two upholds" and resolutely achieve the "two maintenances" from the political heights. The rectification of irrational competition in the new energy vehicle industry should be the focus of learning and education work. Continuous efforts should be made to centralize rectification, adhere to problem orientation, rule of law thinking, highlight governance from the source, comprehensive measures, focus on improving policies, regulations, and standards systems, establish sound and normalized governance mechanisms, promote competition norms in the automobile industry in accordance with the law and regulations, guide enterprises to improve product quality and industry upgrade through technological innovation, standard leadership, and promote high-quality development of the industry. It is necessary to strengthen departmental cooperation, government-enterprise linkage, establish and improve a coordinated work mechanism, and promptly identify and solve key issues. Automobile companies, especially leading enterprises, should compete rationally, legally, and comply with regulations, playing a leading role. Industry associations should play a good role as a bridge link, guide the industry to strengthen self-discipline, unite to resist irrational competition in the industry, and jointly maintain a fair and just market competition order.
