Summer cross-border tourism heats up, the China-Laos railway opens international passenger trains to facilitate travel.

This summer, the cross-border tourism of the China-Laos Railway continues to heat up. "From July 1st to 15th, the Mohan Railway Port processed a total of nearly 10,000 inbound and outbound passengers, an increase of 10.5% compared to the previous period, of which, more than 60% were for tourism purposes." Meng Tao, the head of the fourth team on duty at the Mohan border inspection station, introduced that Chinese tourists traveling to Laos are mainly students, family trips, and elderly tourists.
