Op Lighting: The controlling shareholder intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 1% of the company's shares.

Op Lighting announced on the evening of July 18th that its controlling shareholder, Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, which holds 42.4% of the shares, plans to reduce its stake in the company by no more than 2.4 million shares through centralized bidding.
