Youyou Green Energy: Plans to invest no more than 800 million yuan to build a smart manufacturing base for new energy vehicle charging and discharging equipment.

Yoyu Green Energy announced plans to invest in and construct a new energy vehicle charging and discharging equipment smart manufacturing base project in Guangming District of Shenzhen, with a total investment not exceeding 800 million yuan. The project construction will include production, research and development, offices, and other supporting facilities, with a total land area of approximately 20,000 square meters and a planned construction area of approximately 95,000 square meters. Sources of funding will include company raised funds, self-owned funds, or self-raised funds. The project is expected to be completed by December 31, 2029.
