TianTu Investment (01973.HK) plans to establish Wenzhou TianTu Data Center Equity Investment Fund to further deepen investment in data center business and related services.

The Zhitong Finance APP reported that on July 18, 2025, TianTu Investment (01973.HK) announced that TianTu Capital Management Center, Shenzhen Xingyi, and Cloud Engine Technology have entered into a partnership agreement. According to this agreement, they agreed to establish the Wenzhou TianTu Smart Calculation Equity Investment Fund with an initial committed capital of 300 million yuan. Of this amount, 15 million yuan, 270 million yuan, and 15 million yuan will be respectively borne by TianTu Capital Management Center, Shenzhen Xingyi, and Cloud Engine Technology. TianTu Capital Management Center will act as the general partner of the Wenzhou TianTu Smart Calculation Equity Investment Fund, while Shenzhen Xingyi and Cloud Engine Technology will act as its limited partners.
