Bank of China: Appointing Yang Jun as the deputy general manager of the bank.

The Bank of China announced on the evening of July 18th that the board of directors passed the following resolution: appoint Yang Jun as the bank's vice president. Yang Jun's qualification as vice president of the bank is subject to approval by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. According to the announcement, Yang Jun was born in 1972 and joined the bank in 2025. He previously worked for China Construction Bank for many years, serving as the General Manager of the Asset Management Department of China Construction Bank Group from December 2024 to June 2025. He was also the President of the Shandong Branch of China Construction Bank from December 2020 to July 2024, and the General Manager of the Risk Management Department of China Construction Bank from June 2018 to September 2020. He also held various positions at China Construction Bank, including Assistant General Manager of the Risk Monitoring Department and Risk Management Department, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Risk Management Department, and Vice President of the Hubei Branch.
