BHP's annual iron ore and copper production both reached record highs.

BHP released its annual operational review as of June 30, 2025 on July 18th, with record high iron ore and copper production. BHP set multiple records in its iron ore business in Western Australia, including annual production volume. Copper production exceeded 2 million tons, with the Escondida copper mine in Chile reaching its highest production level in 17 years, and the Spence copper mine achieving a record high production.
