Meng Huaqiang was elected as the Mayor of Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province.

According to the Organization Department of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee, on July 18th, the 5th session of the 17th People's Congress of Jinzhou City elected Meng Huaqiang as the Mayor of Jinzhou City.
