Three Gorges Energy and other investments in the establishment of a wind power company.

According to the Qichacha APP, Changxia Wind Power Co., Ltd. was recently established, with a business scope including wind power generation technology services, solar power generation technology services, research and development of new energy technologies, and thermal production and supply. Shareholding penetration data from Qichacha shows that the company is fully owned by Kaifeng Hechang New Energy Co., Ltd., which is owned 51% by Qixian Ruigu New Energy Co., Ltd. and 49% by Three Gorges Energy.
