Recently, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security officially announced the first batch of "production-education-evaluation" skills ecological chain leading unit list, including 15 units such as Xiaomi, Public Transport Group, and New Oriental Culinary School, covering 12 industry categories including artificial intelligence, low-altitude technology, and biomedicine, as well as areas such as health care, catering, exhibitions, ecological protection, and urban operations. This marks the landing of the first 15 "production-education-evaluation" skills ecological chains in the city. These skills ecological chains focus on the employment needs of enterprises and the training willingness of workers, and will launch a batch of high-quality training courses and authoritative skills certificates for universities and the society during the two-year construction period. At the same time, they will enhance the employment absorption capacity of enterprises within the ecological chain and provide precise employment referral services for trained and qualified individuals.
