Zhtng Cijng APP news, Senyuan Electric (002358.SZ) announced that the company has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Xuchang Shuke Supply Chain Management Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xuchang Shuke"). The two parties plan to jointly carry out business cooperation with an annual total amount not exceeding RMB 500 million (the actual amount is subject to the amount actually incurred). Cooperation scope includes but is not limited to supply chain services, bulk commodity supply, raw material supply, etc., with a validity period of 36 months from the date of approval by the company's shareholders' meeting related matters.
