Dongjie Intelligent announced on July 18th that the company's board of directors recently received written resignation reports from Vice Chairman Lou Gang and Independent Director Lou Zhukun. Due to personal reasons, Lou Gang has applied to resign from the positions of Vice Chairman and Director of the company, and will no longer hold any positions in the company after resigning. The resignation report will take effect from the date of its delivery to the board of directors. Lou Zhukun has also applied to resign from the position of Independent Director of the company for personal reasons, and will no longer hold any positions in the company after resigning. His resignation will take effect after the election of a new Independent Director at the company's shareholders' meeting.
