Pulit: The controlling subsidiary increases capital and expands shares to introduce strategic investors.

Prite announcement, a subsidiary holding company, Hai Sida Naxing, introduced strategic investor Guoyan No.1. Guoyan No.1 will increase the registered capital of Hai Sida Naxing by 2 million yuan in cash, corresponding to 10% equity of Hai Sida Naxing after this transaction. The original shareholders of Hai Sida Naxing will waive their preemptive rights in this capital increase. After this capital increase, the registered capital of Hai Sida Naxing will increase from 18 million yuan to 20 million yuan. The shareholding ratio of Jiangsu Hai Sida Power Co., Ltd., a subsidiary holding company of the Company, in Hai Sida Naxing will change from 66.67% to 60%. Hai Sida Naxing will still be a subsidiary holding company of Hai Sida Power, and the consolidation scope of the Company remains unchanged.
