Yunnan: GDP grew by 4.4% year-on-year in the first half of the year.

The Yunnan Provincial Bureau of Statistics released data showing that in the first half of 2025, the economy of Yunnan province continued its stable and positive trend, with a regional gross domestic product of 1.5374 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.4% in constant prices. By industry, the value added of the primary industry was 129.357 billion yuan, an increase of 2.7%; the value added of the secondary industry was 510.939 billion yuan, an increase of 3.8%; and the value added of the tertiary industry was 913.448 billion yuan, an increase of 4.9%.
