On July 18th, Xiangdian Corporation announced that the Board of Directors has received a written resignation report from the company's Vice General Manager, Li Zhengkang. Due to work adjustments, Li Zhengkang has applied to resign from his position as Vice General Manager of the company. After resignation, Li Zhengkang will not hold any position in the company.
