Shanghai Banking Association Releases First National Annual Sustainable Development Report for Banking Industry.

On July 18th, the Shanghai Banking Association released the "2024 Shanghai Banking Industry Sustainable Development Report," which is the first annual sustainable development report for the banking industry in the country compiled and published by an industry association. It is understood that the Shanghai Banking Association has been releasing the "Shanghai Banking Industry Social Responsibility Report" for eleven consecutive years. In order to further benchmark international standards, enhance the recognition and competitiveness of Shanghai banking institutions in the international market, the association will rename the social responsibility report to "Shanghai Banking Industry Sustainable Development Report" in 2025.
