Zhitong Finance APP News, Rike Chemical (300214.SZ) announced that the company has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Shandong Dongming Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dongming Petrochemical"), intending to conduct deep cooperation in the areas of specialized polyethylene powder supply, co-building industrial ecosystem, technical cooperation in chlorinated polyethylene and new product research and development, and joint venture to build a new chlorinated polyethylene unit.
