Xiaobin Cha applied to resign from the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Board due to job changes. The resignation takes effect when delivered to the board of directors, and Xiaobin Cha will no longer hold any positions in the company after resignation. The board of directors has agreed to appoint Bin Wang as the new Chief Financial Officer, with a term lasting from the date of approval by the board until the end of the current board term. The board of directors has also agreed to appoint Long Chen as the new Secretary of the Board, with a term lasting from the date of approval by the board until the end of the current board term.
