Shenzhen Stock Exchange: Pilot company bond issuances and asset-backed securities expansion business.

Smart Finance APP has learned that on July 18th, according to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange issued a notice regarding the pilot company bond reissuance and asset-backed securities expansion business. The issuer can apply for issuance record by using the registration document of publicly issued corporate bonds within the validity period or the confirmation document of non-publicly issued corporate bonds listed conditions, to participate in the bond reissuance business. If the existing corporate bonds have a credit enhancement mechanism, the issuer should make proper arrangements for changes to the credit enhancement mechanism before implementing the reissuance, in order to ensure that all bondholders have equal rights after the reissuance.
