Rika Chemical: signs strategic cooperation framework agreement with affiliated party

Nippon Chemical announced that the company has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Shandong Dongming Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. The two sides will deepen cooperation in the supply of special polyethylene powder materials, joint construction of industrial ecosystems, technology cooperation in chlorinated polyethylene and new product research and development, as well as jointly establishing new chlorinated polyethylene facilities. The framework agreement does not involve specific transaction amounts, so the impact on the company's financial condition and operating performance cannot be accurately predicted. For specific projects and business cooperation and implementation, the terms of the special agreements signed and implemented separately by both parties shall prevail.
